Prepared and wrote a Construction Management guide for employee construction managers working on non-owned customer buildings for Department Engineers and Managers. Supervised installation of Communication buildings on 16 Navy Bases in Northern and Southern California. Managed two projects in Denver, Colorado with total values of $45 million dollars. Supervised staff of 38 people in 9 different states to monitor construction and data installations for AT&T clients. Totaled $9 million dollars in professional services billed to AT&T and Pacific Bell.
